Pickling Passivation Gel STAR Gel is applied with brush. This Pickling Passivation Gel STAR Gel find wide application in removing discoloration, heavy scales, rust particles near weld, annealing colors and welding affected area by heat. This Pickling Passivation Gel STAR Gel detects pinholes remaining after welding. STAR Gel(Pickling Passivation Gel STAR Gel) is stain free and does not give Black or Yellow stain marks after washing with water therefore does not necessary require separate passivation chemical process. It covers approximately 90 to 100 meters of weld seam per kg of STAR Gel (Pickling Passivation Gel STAR Gel).
