This STAR Gel (Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Chemical STAR) is applied with brush .This STAR Gel (Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Chemical STAR) removes annealing colors, discoloration, rust particles near weld, heavy scales and welding affected area by heat without wire brushing or buffing or grinding.
Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Chemical STAR is stain-free and does not expose black or yellow stains after washing with water. Therefore it does not necessarily demand separate Passivation chemical process.

This will cover approximately 90 to 100 meters of weld seam per kg of STAR Gel (Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Chemical STAR).
APPLICATION STEPS :
First Apply “STAR Gel” (Stainless Steel Pickling And Passivation Chemical STAR) On Stainless Steel Welded Seam & Nearby Area With Nylon Bristles Brush. Application Temperature Should Be 5 To 40 Degree Celcius.
Then It Requires Contact Time Approximately Of 5 To 30 Minutes Depending On Grade & Thickness Of SS And Temperature Of SS Surface
After This Time Span Wash With Water, Properly With Pressurized Water Jet Spray Or Light Scrubbing With Plastic Scrubber Or Wipe The Weld Seam With Plastic Brush And Wash With Water Thoroughly.
